Refund Policy
The Wype team have worked their butts off to provide the best product possible, but things can go wrong! You can bet your ass we’re going to try and make it right!
Here’s how:
We accept refund requests within 30 days of your purchase.
My Wype order arrived damaged or faulty
Send us an email at hello@wypeuk.com with your order number and a description of the fault and a video/picture. Your item will be replaced or refunded right away.
My Wype order did not arrive
Send us an email at hello@wypeuk.com with your order number, and we will try to track that naughty bottle down. Otherwise, we will replace or refund your item.
I’m not satisfied with my Wype
This would be a sad day at Wype HQ, but we can’t make everybody happy. Please email at hello@wypeuk.com with your order number and a description of the issue that is causing you to be dissatisfied. Whoever is responsible will be made to stand in the corner for a few minutes to think about what they’ve done. Jokes aside, we are committed to learn from our mistakes and continuously improve your experience with our products, your feedback is fundamental.
Wype caused an adverse reaction
Wype is hypoallergenic and dermatologically approved for sensitive skin. However, there is always the (rare) chance that some people might experience an adverse reaction. If that should occur, discontinue use immediately and contact us at hello@wypeuk.com.
